The ruling faction of the Circeae System. This group deposed Prince Ternion and took control of the System.
The TribunalThe leaders of the Progressive Legacy, consisting of three beings as an affront to the Crown. They are separately known as the Spokesman, the Magistrate, and the Fulcrum. The Fulcrum possesses a secret that will be learned in Restoration.
