Velius LassiterStrages. Velius is conflicted. Part of him wants to do what is right and follow the Crown. Another part of him craves the power, leading him into Thaed’s misguided leadership. He is closest with Raum, who manipulates him into doing Thaed’s bidding. At one time, Velius is named Athaer of Kapelle. Velius goes back and forth, finally choosing to give into Thaed completely. He has black hair, kept trim, and deep brown eyes.

Admiral. Commander of the flagship Glory. Langler has jet-black hair with a streak of silver and cat-like green eyes. He is a powerhouse in stature and a ruthless killer. He’s evil and has no conscience. He claims to be loyal to the Legacy, but he’s truly loyal to his own twisted urges. He harbors a deep hatred of the Logia and the Ghosts, and vows to rid the system of them. He was an Interrogator and as he moved up in rank, he found his skills useful in manipulating those around him. Langler uses his power to bring Alex on board his ship. He knows she is up to something, but has no proof. He plans to toy with her until he gets the information he seeks. Then he will destroy her.

Jasen Carver
Legacy. Elite. Carver is a thug from the start. He attacks Laney after she turns him down for a date. He then leads her into a dangerous drug addiction. Later, he becomes a Zephyr officer and all but stalks Laney. He is named a lieutenant commander and stationed onboard the Ploughshare. Jasen has dark red hair and cold blue eyes.

Elite interested in Echo/Strages who imprisons Echo. Darius has black hair worn slicked back, and icy blue eyes. He often wears black, including a long cape that graces his shoulders. He is a snob and has a problem with anger.
Asylum
Dr. Reid Terces
Legacy. ExMed neurosurgeon/doctor. Very little is known about Reid’s personal life, aside from the fact that he resides on Crenet. His dedication to his work is what has allowed him to work his way up to head of ExMed, along with Dr. Niveli. He has gray hair and blue eyes; his gentle face gives him a paternal air. He views his subjects as objects, allowing him to focus solely on the experiments.
