A stowaway leads to love…then trouble.

Ren Craddock and Doc Hawthorne are registered couriers and cargo transporters within the confines of the Progressive Legacy. When a girl named Tavia is discovered on their ship, Craddock is ready to turn over the stowaway to Legacy officials. The older Hawthorne takes pity on her and learns that she hid onboard in hopes of locating the band of freedom fighters known as the Ghosts.

Tavia and Craddock start to bond. She ends up staying with the men longer than intended. But when they are boarded while docked, Tavia’s true identity is revealed, and she is arrested. Craddock struggles with his feelings for Tavia, his sense of duty, and the right thing to do.
