Meet Gaultier

As we prepare to launch Poison (10 days!!), I thought I’d share a bit more about each of the main characters through a series of blog posts.

Gaultier Lassiter

Gaultier is a Logia, gifted with fusion, strength, leadership, and wisdom. Because of this, he is a crusader, traveling the Circeae system as a representative of the Logia and winning hearts for the Crown. He has seen his share of trouble, though, having lost his parents to a violent and brutal murder. This landed him at the domicile in Kapelle under the instruction of Athaer Castus. He’s also estranged from his older brother. Still, Gaultier is extremely passionate about his faith, memorizing verse after verse from the Creed, the Logia holy book.

With longish black hair which is kept neat around his shoulders and deep brown eyes, Gaultier has quite an exotic appearance. His skin is tan, and he is tall and muscular.

The name Gaultier means strong ruler or commander of the army. I chose the name Lassiter as a tribute to Firefly.
